We had 3 great days during the carnival in this comfortable, authentic and beautiful apartment. It is very spacious, suitable for big families, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. It has different views from both sides - channels with gondolas passing by and old beautiful buildings. The location is exceptional, just 4-5 minutes walk to famous landmarks. The apartment is clean, furnished in an authentic mode but still with modern amenities. It even has a little outside space for morning coffee or evening drinks. The hosts were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you!

My stay at Casa Dell'Artista was exceptional. The location was unbeatable, with easy access to water taxis and all the main sights within walking distance. The apartment itself was comfortable and spacious, with a beautiful dining room that served as the perfect gathering place for my family. Despite being in the heart of the action, the street was quiet and felt incredibly safe. I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to return in the future.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Venice. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The hotel facilities were excellent, with spacious and clean rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even better.

The apartment was incredibly spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The location was absolutely perfect, with numerous cafes, restaurants, and even a gondola service right around the corner. the apartment was conveniently located within a short walk to the vaporetto stations, making it easy to explore the city's major attractions.

One minor drawback was the difficulty in closing the doors quietly, as we always had to be conscious of not disturbing the neighbors. the daily task of garbage disposal was a bit of a chore, but it was a small price to pay for such a fantastic stay.

The apartment at Casa Dell'Artista was so cool! It had three separate bedrooms, which was perfect for our family. The fully equipped kitchen was a lifesaver, and we enjoyed cooking meals together. Plus, having a washing machine was a great convenience!

Personally, I found the TV in the apartment to be a bit outdated. But hey, that's just my opinion, and others might still enjoy it.

The location of Casa Dell'Artista couldn't be beat. Within a short walk, we had easy access to the main docks for water taxis and attractions like Campo Santa Maria Formosa. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and well-furnished with all the modern amenities we needed. It had a beautiful dining room that served as our hub during our stay. We loved the view of the canals and the authentic feel of the apartment. The owners, Alexander and Valeryia, were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit.

Personally, I found the bathroom a bit small, but I understand that space is limited in Venice. Others might not mind it at all.
